During an approx. 1-hour speedboat ride, supervised by a skipper, the participants head for a nearby marina. If desired, a beverage station can be set up at the destination. After a short break on land, the participants return by speedboat.
The racing boats have an output of up to 300 hp and provide an unforgettable driving experience. The lakes Müritz, Fleesensee and Plauer See in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania offer themselves as waters.
The following boats are available.
- 2 x speedboat CROWNLINE ltd. (max. 5 passengers per boat).
- 1 x Elan 35 (max. 8 passengers per boat).
- 2 x High Speed RIBs (max. 12 passengers per RIB).
The designation "RIB" stands for "Rigid Inflatable Boat". Each inflatable boat has a 250 hp engine. The high-speed racing boats reach speeds of up to 50 knots (approx. 90 km/h). These boats are extremely well suited for the Baltic Sea.
